Delicious Ireland with Margaret M. Johnson

Delicious Ireland is a new book by Margaret M. Johnon that celebrates how the food of Ireland has evolved over her forty years of traveling to and from the Emerald Isle. Guests will enjoy stories from Margaret’s travels as well as a taste of the Irish cuisine highlighted in her book. The menu will include a goat cheese tart with red onion marmalade and cashel blue cheese and roasted fig tartine served with a mixed leaf salad and a wholegrain mustard vinaigrette.
