POTATOHAMPTON '26

Lace up your running shoes and join us for the Potatohampton 5K Run, a community-centered race and celebration taking place on Sunday, May 31, from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM to benefit the Bridgehampton Museum!
Last year The Bridgehampton Museum revived this long time staple local event and now the plan is to host this race annually. The race will kick off promptly at 8:00 AM, with check-in and same-day registration beginning at 7:00 AM. Participants will start at the historic Nathaniel Rogers House and proceed south on Ocean Road and then make a right onto Pauls Lane and then a right onto Halsey Lane. Then another right onto Church Lane before the final turn, a left back onto Ocean Road for the last stretch back to the Nathaniel Rogers House. Water stations, medical assistance, and volunteer support will be available throughout the event.
"Potatohampton 2025 was a huge success,” says Executive Director, Connor Flanagan. “Everyone that participated had so much fun, everyone just wanted to know when they next event would be. Now I am happy to say this, May 31st!”
All proceeds from the event will benefit The Bridgehampton Museum. The funding raised from this event will allow our ever-expanding museum to continue to grow and provide educational opportunities for the community.
Registration is now open online at bridgehamptonmuseum.org/5k. Early registration is encouraged to guarantee a race bib and commemorative t-shirt. Racers will also enjoy coffee supplied by Hampton Coffee.
Join us on May 31 to run, walk, or cheer — and to honor a life that inspired so many to go the extra mile.
Thank you to our event sponsor Hampton Coffee!
